mindful mondays, fourteen

you think you have time buddha

the trouble is – a lot of things. the trouble is, you think you have time. the trouble is, you think you’re doing the right thing, but half the time you have no fucking idea what you’re doing. the trouble is, days just pass by and before you know it you’re half way through your twenties with having done barely anything. the trouble is, a lot of things. the trouble is, the dreamer inside you, the idealist, the romantic. the one that keeps hoping everything will just turn out fine. the trouble is, the voice inside your head that keeps telling you you’re not good enough. the trouble is, the voice of your heart that tells you you love the boy. the trouble is, your brain that screams don’t do it. the trouble is, you don’t know who to listen to anymore; the trouble is you don’t want to listen to anyone. the trouble is, you think you will go crazy if you skip one day without coffee & cigarettes. the trouble is, all your little dependencies, you think you cannot live without, when in fact they are killing you. just like most of the things in your life. the trouble is, everything is complicated and difficult, even though all you want is simplicity. the trouble is, mondays always come much too fast when you have nothing to say anymore. the trouble is, you are the problem.
